Koregaon Park, 21st March 2023: Thousands of Osho disciples from all over the world gathered at the Osho Ashram in Koregaon Park, Pune, to celebrate the 70th Osho Sambodhi Day. The disciples resolved to intensify their efforts to protect the ashram and its teachings.

The Osho disciples expressed their disappointment with the management of the Osho International Meditation Center for preventing them from entering the ashram wearing Osho garlands and not allowing the celebration of festivals such as Osho Jayanti, Osho Mahaparinirvana, Gurupurnima, and Osho Sambodhi Day. The disciples also protested against the sale of the ashram site.

Swami Chaitanya Kirti spoke on behalf of the disciples, stating that their peaceful protest has been ongoing for years. Due to police intervention, the ashram management allowed the disciples to enter the premises by garlanding them with Sannyas. However, the disciples expressed their dissatisfaction with the condition of the Samadhi, swimming pool, and meditation centers inside the ashram. They vowed to continue their fight to restore the Osho Ashram to its former glory.

The disciples’ resolve to protect the ashram and its teachings was evident on this auspicious day. Despite facing several obstacles, the disciples remain committed to preserving the legacy of Osho and ensuring that his teachings continue to inspire future generations.
