Pune: PMC Lodges Complaint With Police Against Kondhwa School For Operating Without Permission

Pune 1st Sept 2023: An official of the education department of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) has lodged a complaint with Kondhwa police station against a school for operating without government permission. It is alleged in the complaint that the school was not registered on the government’s Saral Portal due to which the students who were admitted here did not get the Saral IDs and faced difficulties in getting admissions to other schools after passing out from here.

The police have booked authorities of Tims Taqwa Ismalim Maqtab and School located in Kondhwa under sections 420, 406, 465, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). According to the complaint, the school gave admissions to several students to pursue Class I to Class VIII despite not having government approvals.

It is alleged that the students who completed their education from here faced difficulties in pursuing further studies. An officer from Kondhwa Police Station said that the case is registered and they are investigating further in the matter.
