Pune: PMC Reports 5375 New Covid-19 Cases, 05 Deaths Reported Today
Pune, 16th January 2022: In the last 24 hours, a total of 3090 were discharged from hospitals after recovery from Coronavirus disease (COVID19) in Pune city today. 5375 new patients were detected while 05 people died. Today swab samples of 19,119 were collected for COVID tests.
According to Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the total number of Coronavirus positive patients to date has reached 5,59,549 out of which 5,16,221 have been cured while 9141 have died. There are still 34,187 active patients undergoing treatment in various hospitals.
