Pune: PT Assistant Arrested For Molesting 14 School Girls
Pune, 10th July 2022: An 18-year-old physical training (PT) assistant from a school has been arrested for allegedly molesting 14 girls from June 29 to July 6. He molested girls by touching them inappropriately and making vulgar comments during the PT sessions.
Based on a complaint from the school officials, an FIR was registered against the accused for offences under relevant sections Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO).
According to the FIR, the girl students narrated their ordeal to the principal of the school following which the case was registered.
Pune city police are further investigating the case.
