Pune: Railway Officer Returns Lost Bags Of Passengers
Pune 28th June 2022: In an example of sheer alertness and devotion to duty, Railway Employees at Pune Station on Tuesday safely returned lost passenger bags containing credit, debit cards and important documents among other essentials to their respective owners.
On Tuesday, while traveling by train number 22943 Daund-Indore Express, a passenger forgot his bag containing debit, credit card and some important personal documents at platform number 1. On finding the bag, on-duty Deputy Station Manager Anil Kumar Tiwari, with the help of Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel Rashid Mulani and coach locking employee Babu Pardhe identified the owner of the bag after necessary inquiry and returned it to them safely.
In yet another case, a passenger traveling by train number 12130 Howrah-Pune Azad Hind Express accidentally left the bag in the coach at the end of the journey, which was also returned back to them by Tiwari. The bag contained the passenger’s job joining letter, mobile phone, bluetooth, and some important personal papers.
Passengers have expressed their gratitude to the Railway Administration for getting their bags back safely. They thanked RPF and railway staff for their help, allegiance and sense of duty.
