Pune: Raj Thackeray, Devendra Fadnavis, Nitin Gadkari Gear Up for Intense Campaigning

Pune, 7th May 2024: Campaigning in the Pune Lok Sabha constituency is entering its final stage, with prominent leaders of Mahayuti scheduled to hold numerous meetings. Deputy Chief Ministers of Maharashtra, Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar, along with the Minister of Road Transport and Highways of India, Nitin Gadkari, and the President of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), Raj Thackeray, will personally visit Pune. Additionally, Mahayuti candidate Murlidhar Mohol will release his manifesto on May 9th.

Maharashtra State Vice President of BJP Rajesh Pandey provided this information during a press conference organised by the BJP. Meetings of various leaders will be held in six assembly constituencies of Pune from May 8th to May 11th. Raj Thackeray is scheduled to hold a meeting at Tilak Chowk on May 10th at 5 pm, while Devendra Fadnavis will conduct three meetings in the city.

Nitin Gadkari plans to hold a meeting in Kothrud, and the State President, Chandrasekhar Bawankule, will host the ‘Namo Samvad Melavas’. Pandey mentioned that Chitra Wagh will provide guidance.

Vishwas Pandey stated, “Through Yuva Morcha, dialogues are being conducted to understand the issues and expectations of the youth in the Lok Sabha elections. So far, we have interacted with 71 thousand individuals, obtaining answers to 14 questions from them. 45% of these respondents are young women. We aim to engage with one lakh youth. Narendra Modi’s education and youth policies will encourage the youth to vote for the BJP.”
