Pune: Rubicon Foundation, PULA To Organize Workshop For Gig Economy Workforce
Pune, 8th August 2021: Rubicon Foundation, in collaboration with PULA, will organize a workshop for the women working in the Gig Economy as freelancers or Flexi-job workers. The workshop will skill the participants in essential areas of Personal Branding, Digital Marketing & Financial Planning.
The four days Online workshop will be conducted through Virtual Conference – Zoom from Aug 10, 2021 – Aug 13, 2021 (Tuesday- Friday) from 2:30 pm until 5:30 pm.
PULA is a social media interactive platform created for Pune Ladies. Their vision is to create a ‘Female-Family’ for fellow females in Pune to not only make genuine acquaintances but a space to feel belonged. Rubicon Foundation wishes to take this vision forward since it completely aligns with the Foundation’s vision of enabling the workforce to transform their lives for themselves and the people around them.
The workshops will be conducted by specialized coaches who have extensive experience in their domain. In line with Rubicon Foundation’s value to develop an “Attitude of Gratitude”, the workshop will be free of cost for all participants.
Each freelancer is unique and acquires some special skills, which sets them apart from others. This uniqueness will be enhanced during these four days of the workshop. This workshop will be exclusive for women but there are no restrictions on the participants regarding age, race, ethnicity, marital status, or income. The minimum educational criteria will be graduates and their occupation will be freelance / Gig Economy workforce from any strata and any service. The workshop would be helpful to all the women who are determined to make their business grow and upgrade themselves to align with the rapidly changing sector.
