Pune: Six Vehicles Caught Fire In Parking Lot Of Building At Midnight

Narhe, 17th September 2022: At around 2.18 am, the Navale Fire Station received a call that a fire has erupted in the parking lot of Harihareshwar Park, B Wing, Manaji Nagar, Narhe, Pune-41.
As soon as they reached the spot, they saw that six vehicles were on fire in the parking lot of the building. Jawans then threw water on the fire and extinguished the fire completely.
It was observed that before the fire brigade team arrived, the locals tried to extinguish the fire by pouring water with the help of a bucket and a pipe. Due to fire safety demonstrations and communication conducted by the fire brigade from time to time in the city, it is seen that awareness about fire and its safety has been created among the citizens.
Four two-wheelers and two four-wheelers were damaged in the fire. It was also seen that a part of the ceiling above the parking lot had some side effects due to fire. The said building is a ground floor plus six floors. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
The fire brigade team was led by officer Prakash Gore and included driver Pangare and jawans Bharat Gogawle, Shinde and helper D Nalwade, Q Nalwade, and V Machindra.
