Hinjawadi, 30th July 2022: It looks like the time has come for the owner to shut down the sky dining hotel, which has come into the limelight in a short period of time. Because the Pimpri-Chinchwad police have issued a notice to the hotel owner and ordered to keep the hotel closed till all the permissions are taken.

According to police, the owner of Sky Dining located next to Kasarsai Dam near Hinjawadi, Pune has not taken valid permissions. The police have ordered the hotel closed until permission is obtained, said Deputy Commissioner of Police Anand Bhoite.

 

The hotel was inaugurated by Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) MLA Rohit Pawar. It has been planned that 15-20 customers can dine at the same time in the hotel, which has been built with the help of a crane and taken to a height of 120-150 feet. While enjoying the food, one could see the 360-degree area from there. Due to this, this floating hotel in the air became popular with customers within a short period of time. But now the time has come for the owner of the hotel, Akash Jadhav, to shut it down.

It has come to light that the necessary permissions regarding the hotel have not been obtained. Therefore, the Pimpri-Chinchwad police issued a notice to the hotel owner and ordered to keep the hotel closed until the necessary permissions are taken.

 

The notice informed that “This is very dangerous while providing the facility of consuming food from a height. This hotel should be continued only with the permission of the District Officer Pune, Construction Department and Fire Brigade and the hotel should be closed until permission is obtained.”

 

The notice states that legal action will be taken against the owner if they are found to be operating a hotel without a license. Therefore, while going to such places, customers should ensure the legal aspects otherwise their life along with that of their family may be at risk, the notice said.
