Pune: Two Persons Killed As Car Hits BRT Bus Stop At Kharadi Bypass

Kharadi, 9th December 2021: Two persons died on the spot after the car they were traveling in rammed into a BRT bus stop at Kharadi Bypass. Two persons are injured in the incident.
According to police, the Brezza car was heading towards Wagholi when the incident took place around 12.30 pm. The car was badly damaged after hitting the bus stop.
The deceased have been identified as driver Sanket Ramchandra Bhujbal (22) of Chandan Nagar and Om Rahul Pavale (17) of Kasba Peth. The injured persons are Gaurav Sanjay Sathe (22) of Wagholi and Praful Ankamanchi (21) of Kharadi.
Based on the complaint from ASI Namdev Supe, an FIR has been registered at the Vimantal police station. Police said that the driver of the speeding car had lost balance over the wheels. The other occupants were under the influence of alcohol.
