Pune University To Conduct Backlog Exams After Diwali
Pune, October 29, 2020: Finally, Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) has decided to conduct the backlog examinations of the students after Diwali which was pending for past seven months. The decision was taken during an examination meeting held on Wednesday.
As many as three lakh students will be giving the examination. The meeting also had discussions regarding re-examination of the final year students who faced the problems, backlog examination and grade improvement. Nearly, 17,000 students have applied for grade improvement.
The examination will be online one with multiple choice based questions. It will be held for all streams as according to the University Act, the backlog examination has to be conducted within 120 days from the final/graduation examination.
