Pune, 8th November 2021: Malhar Vanjari scored a steady 60 runs to help United Sports Club nearly level their first innings scores with Varroc Vengsarkar Academy in their 3-day match in the finals of the “PYC-Goldfieldd Late Raju Bhalekar Trophy” Invitation Under-19 Cricket Tournament organized by the PYC Hindu Gymkhana and played on their ground

On the second day today, United Sports Club helped by a 9th wicket partnership of 97 runs in 126 balls between Malhar Vanjari 60(83,8×4), Shreeraj Chavan 45runs (58,5×4,1×6) were bowled out for 269 runs in 74.2Overs falling short of the VVCA first innings score of 273 by just 4 runs.

 In the Second Inning Varroc batsmen played solidly with their unbeaten 2nd Wicket partnership of 48runs in 99balls between Yash Jagdale(not out 33) and Jayesh Pol(not out 34runs) putting VVCA at 79 runs for loss of solitary wicket at the end of day two.
