Pune: Woman Dies In Accident On Hadapsar Road, Daughter Injured
Hadapsar, 9th September 2022: A speeding truck hit a woman riding a two-wheeler in the Hadapsar area on the Pune-Solapur road. The woman succumbed to her injuries, and a 15-year-old girl was injured in the accident.
The woman who died in the accident was identified as Varsarani Rahul Boravke (36), a resident of Gadital, Hadapsar. Samriddhi Rahul Boravke (15), the pillion rider on the two-wheeler, was injured in the accident. In this case, the truck driver, Kiran Ramakrishna Sanap (22), resident of Wadzari, district Patoda, district Beed, was arrested. Rahul Boravke (44) filed a complaint in this regard at the Hadapsar Police Station.
Bike rider Varsarani and her daughter Samriddhi were passing through the Lakshmi Colony area on Pune-Solapur road around noon. At that time, a speeding truck hit their two-wheeler. Varsarani, who was seriously injured in the accident, died before treatment. The police have arrested the truck driver, and Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Pawar is investigating.
