Pune: Young Boy Dies In A Horrific Accident While Purchasing Cloths For His Sister’s Marriage
Pune, 26th May 2022: A young man who went to Pune to buy clothes for his sister’s wedding died in the accident on the Kelwade Phata near Pune-Satara highway. The deceased has been identified as Ajay Ramchandra Pilavare (24) a resident of Shindewadi, Tal. Khandala, Satara while his friend Gaurav Hiraman Jadhav is injured.
Ajay Pilavare’s sister is getting married on June 6, so he was going to Pune on a two-wheeler with his friend Gaurav to buy clothes for himself and his family. At this time, a truck filled with gas tank was passing on the highway when the truck suddenly turned towards the service road without putting on indicator or giving any signal.
At that moment, the two-wheeler coming from behind hit the middle of the truck. Reportedly, Ajay was killed and Gaurav was injured. The injured were rushed to Siddhivinayak Hospital in Nasrapur for treatment. However, Ajay Pilavare succumbed to his injuries while being taken to Bharti Hospital in Pune.
Appaso Malekar has lodged a complaint in this regard, according to which Rajgad police has registered a case against truck driver Surendra Shankar Jadhav, a resident of Taldev, Mahabaleshwar.
