Pune: Young Man Died After Being Hit By Municipal Garbage Truck
Pune, 4th November 2022: The incident of the death of a young pedestrian after being hit by a municipal garbage dumper took place in the Sinhagad Road area.
The deceased pedestrian has been identified as Dinesh Kumar Gaud (25), a resident of Nanded Phata, Sinhagad Road.
In this regard, a case has been registered against the dumper driver who was transporting the waste. Haripratap Yadav (44), a resident of Nanded Phata, Sinhagad Road has lodged a complaint in this regard at the Sinhagad Road Police Station.
Both Gaud and Yadav are natives of Uttar Pradesh and both work in the Sinhagad road area. Both of them had come to the Sinhagad road area to buy vegetables. Dinesh Kumar was hit by a dumper in front of the Laxmi Vinayak Complex building. He died on the spot after being found under the wheels of the dumper.
Assistant Police Inspector Bharat Chandanshiv is investigating the case further.
