Pune: Young Passenger Missed His Bus Stop And Started Shouting For Help In PMPML Bus; Video Surfaces On Social Media
Pune, 15th October 2022: A video of a young passenger in a Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited (PMPML) bus in Pune has gone viral. In this video, the youth is seen shouting for help and is currently being trolled on social media.
Accordingly, a passenger was travelling in a bus and argued with the driver over his stop. It is seen that the passenger has missed the bus stop where he wanted to get off and now the young man is asking the driver to drop him in the middle but the driver is unable to stop the bus in between.
After the driver refused to stop the bus in middle, the young man started banging loudly. Later one can see in the video that some passers-by stopped watching the entire scene and this young boy was seen telling his pain to those people. But this young man is being trolled.
The young man is shouting just because he was not allowed to get off the bus and this video is currently being shared on social media a lot. At the same time, social media users are commenting on the video and trolling the young passenger.
In a statement, PMPML said, “In PMPML’s bus at Chafekar Chowk, Chinchwad the passenger shown in the video started misbehaving with two lady passengers. When they complained to the conductor, the passenger verbally abused the conductor and co-passengers.
PMPML’s Balewadi Depot Manager Dattatray Mali was immediately informed about the incident and he decided to report this to the police. As soon as he learnt about this, he started pressing random buttons on driver’s dashboard to open the door but the driver being alert of the situation did not open the doors. He realised his mistake and knew he would land in trouble if taken to the police and started shouting at the driver creating unnecessary chaos.
On the request of all the other passengers he was let go after making sure he learnt his lesson.
PMPML strongly condemns such behaviour in buses or at any other public place.
PMPML staff will always help you in such situations and the presence of mind shown by the driver as well as the conductor helped tackle and diffuse the situation instantly.”
