Pune’s cocktail culture gets swankier with Qora

Pune, 14th September 2022: Restaurateur Aman Talreja and Siddharth Katyal’s newest cocktail bar – Qora, which means innovative and powerful, encompasses the spirit and vision of the stand-alone bar and restaurant. This uniquely designed resto-bar is spread over 4,000 square feet and is beautifully designed over three levels with a lovely al-fresco area, which accommodates 135 covers, a private dining, and a superbly chic inside-outside bar. The colours are earthy and muted, with hints of copper, terracotta, rust, and beige throughout. The lighting is elegant and the seating is a combination of high and low tables, couches, patio furniture, and more. Qora exudes a luxe but easy charm with stone accent walls in taupe and lots of greenery all over.
With a super cocktail menu and a cocktail-forward concept, QORA has a selection of signature cocktails prepared with unique, predominantly fresh ingredients and some innovative concepts. Yuzu, matcha, and homemade bitters and infusions marked a great start to the multi-course meal that ensued. The beautiful bar selection consists of a collection of domestic as well as international spirits, craft beers, and wine, in addition to the signature cocktails that are a must try, like Elixir, Terrazzo, Third Eye, Aura, Dew Drop, Nostalgia, Mist, and Jade, among the many others. With a focus on Modern Indian and Asian cuisine, the menu at Qora is a creative mix of comfort food, bar bites, and mains that complement the unconventional cocktails. Asian dishes, such as Dan Dan Noodles, Vietnamese Summer Rolls, Char Siu Pork Belly, a variety of dumplings, Scallion Pancakes with Pulled Beef, Chicken Adobo, Dashi Salmon on Fried Rice Cake and Indian dishes, such as Ema Daatshi with Naanchos, Jackfruit Galawati Kebab, Goan Chorizo Kulcha, Mustard Coconut Prawns, Kerala Beef Fry with Pickled Onions, a range of biryanis- Bohri Mutton Biryani, Mixed Mushroom Biryani, Donne Chicken Biryani, and Chemmeen Biryani, are definitely unmissable.
