Along with Pune, the IMD has also predicted heavy rainfall in Kolhapur, Satara, Auranagabad, Jalna, Parbhani, Beed, Hingoli, Amravati etc districts.

According to officials, a low-pressure area has been formed over the Bay of Bengal bringing good signs to the majority of the areas in the country.
