RCBC Sports League 2023 from 13 May
Pune, May 12, 2023: Royal Connaught Boat Club (RCBC) will organize the RCBC Sports League 2023 for the first time in history of club’s history from 13 May and played over the weekend till 28th May. The event is being sponsored by Axis Bank and co-sponsored by Hitech uPVC & facade Systems.
The Hon Secretary of RCBC Dr Vishwas Yevale said that the event was conceptualized to create friendship and bonding between members and family and inculcate sporting culture amongst members.
Mr. Sameer Savla , the Sports secretary of RCBC said that RCBC Olympics would feature of 8 sports which will include Swimming( Free style, breaststroke,Any stoke 25 meters, relay 100 meters), Snooker(6 red ball), Table tennis Chess , Carrom , Rowing( 2 diamond, 2 skull ) , Cricket( 8 a side), Tennis.
The event will have a team based format with Each team consisting of 15 members , Each game won by each player or pair of players will earn the team 2 points. Each point scored in each game will also be counted separately. , he added.
