Advocate Shrikrishna Kachave, on behalf of the SPRF, has served notice to Vikram Kumar to pull down the illegal board within 15 days of the issued notice. If the Commissioner fails to do so, Kachave has stated in his notice that, SPRF “would have no alternative remedy other than seeking appropriate action against (him) and those liable, in the Court of Law.’’

The notice, addressing Kumar states – “You are currently in charge as an Administrator of the Pune Municipal Corporation since the tenure of the General Body has expired on 14/03/2022, and thereupon any failure or omission of the duties and responsibilities, only you would solely be liable. The Pune Municipal Corporation, by being hostile to the removal of the illegal name board of the said garden, has admittedly and blatantly violated the law laid by the Pune Municipal Corporation in the General Body Resolution No.110, dated 24/07/2000.’’
