Road Rage In Pune: Man Stabbed To Death After Cars Collide Near Hadapsar
Pune, 13th December 2023: A 30-year-old man died after being fatally stabbed with a sharp weapon and brutally beaten with a stick on the road from Fursungi to Chandwadi around 10 pm on Tuesday. The Hadpsar Police Station has registered a case in connection with this heinous incident.
The deceased has been identified as Abhishek Sanjay Bhosale, a resident of Shewalwadi, Manjari. The suspects named in the case are Vilas Suresh Sakat, Kailas Suresh Sakat, and Sachin Sakat, all from Chandwadi, Fursungi, along with 7-8 unidentified individuals. Atharva Dadasaheb Sable, an 18-year-old resident of Shewalwadi, filed a complaint regarding the incident.
Abhishek, who was the maternal uncle of the complainant, was in his car when argument with Vilas Sakat occurred due to a collision between their cars. Subsequently, Vilas Sakat, Kailas Sakat, Sachin Sakat, and their associates not only verbally abused but also issued threats to kill Abhishek.
The situation escalated as they mercilessly attacked Abhishek with sharp iron weapons and stones. Atharva, who attempted to intervene and save his uncle, also fell victim to the violent assault, being pelted with stones and kicked.
Assistant Police Inspector Nanasaheb Jadhav is conducting further investigation.
