Mumbai, 6th November 2021: The tussle between Nawab Malik and Sameer Wankhede is increasing continuously. Now on Saturday, Nawab Malik addressed Sameer as Sameer ‘Dawood’ Wankhede and alleged that he had kidnapped actor Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan and demanded ransom.

He claimed that a special SIT, which has been set up by the Maharashtra government, would probe into the matter and the central government’s SIT would also be involved in it.

Nawab Malik said that now it has to be seen who goes to the bottom and brings out the reality of this exploit and exposes him and his nefarious private army.

Nawab Malik tweeted that I had demanded the formation of SIT, but now two SITs have been formed. One team has been formed by the central government, while the other has been formed by the state government. Now it remains to be seen who is the first to get to the bottom of the matter and bring the reality to the fore and expose him and the nefarious army.

The investigation of the Aryan Khan-Mumbai cruise drugs case was transferred from NCB’s Mumbai zone to the agency’s central team on Friday. Sameer Wankhede, who is being probed for alleged extortion charges in the Mumbai cruise drugs case, will be part of the investigation.

Nawab Malik made his remarks on a day when Sanjay Singh, the head of the newly formed SIT team, visited Mumbai today to look into various cases.

Meanwhile, after news surfaced that he has been dropped from the Aryan Khan drugs case, Sameer Wankhede said, “I am and will remain the zonal director of Mumbai unit of NCB. I have not been removed from that post.”

Sameer Wankhede said, “I have not been removed from the investigation. It was my writ petition in the court that the matter should be investigated by a central agency. Hence Aryan case and Sameer Khan case be investigated by Delhi NCB. It is a coordination between the NCB teams of Delhi and Mumbai.”

Sameer Wankhede’s wife Kranti Redkar and sister Yasmin Wankhede posted NCB’s press release on Twitter and said that he has not been removed from the posts.

Responding to Sameer Wankhede’s claim that he has not been removed, Nawab Malik replied, “Either ANI is misquoting Sameer Wankhede or Wankhede himself is misleading the nation. Wankhede had filed a petition in the court saying that the investigation of extortion and corruption from him should be done by CBI or NIA and not by Mumbai Police. The court rejected his petition. The country should know the truth.”
