TCS Starts Work From Office: Instructs Employees To Adhere To The Dress Code

Bengaluru, 19th October 2023: TCS has started calling their employees back to 5 days a week office setting. This is a huge step because since India was hit with COVID-19 TCS had started work from home. This shift back to the offices means that employees will have to adhere to strict dress codes.

Milind Lakkad, chief human resources offices of TSC sent an email to the employees asking them to stick to the dress code of the company. In the mail he said, “This is key to creating the right impact with stakeholders globally. The dress code policy gives clear guidance on the right attire while carrying out official responsibilities and duties.”

According the email, Monday to Thursday employees are supposed to be dressed up in business casual outfits, which includes, full sleeves shirt, formal skirts/dresses, sarees, knee length kurtas and formal shoes.

On Fridays employees can come in smart casuals which includes, casual shirts, jeans, kurtas and casual shoes.

TCS employees are expected to dress in full formals when in meetings with clients and other business partners.
