Tesla’s Y Model Spotted At Mahindra’s Testing Facility In Pune, Hints Launch Soon : Reports

Pune 20th August 2023: A Car Blogging site Carversal has reported that the world’s biggest automotive brand Tesla’s car was spotted at the testing facility of Mahindra in Pune. This according to reports hints the launch of the car in India in the coming few months. The car blogging site has also shared pictures of Tesla’s Y Model parked alongside the Mahindra XUV700 in the Mahindra’s testing facility.

This will be the first car of Tesla in India if launched. It is one of the most popular cars of the company among the electric SUVs. According to reports, Mahindra’s testing facility in Pune offers optimal driving conditions for the Indian terrain and it also has a wide range of testing fields to test various capabilities of the car due to which many car makers prefer to test their vehicle here.

It may be noted that Tesla has leased an office in Panchshil Business Park at Pune for five years with a monthly rate of Rs 11.65 lakh. This is the first office of the company in India. Earlier in June this year. The company had hinted at plans of starting manufacturing electric vehicles in India with prices starting from Rs 20 lakh.
