NSQF emphasizes knowledge, skills and aptitude. Therefore, it has been mentioned that if a course with credits is created by the industry, the relevant course must be equivalent to NSQF.

Prof Jain said, “In this background, it is necessary for the higher education institutions to interact with the industry sector and information technology companies to create and promote industry-oriented courses. Credit may be awarded for these courses. These courses will help in increasing the employability of graduate students.”
