Unsold MHADA Flats In Pune Now Available On First-Come, First-Served Basis; Check Key Details Below!
Pune, 11th April 2025: The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has announced that its unsold housing units will now be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. This opportunity is open to eligible applicants from the general category, and the online application process began at 12 pm from 10th April 2025.
The unsold flats are from previous lotteries conducted under MHADA’s 15% Social Housing Scheme and 20% Inclusive Housing Scheme. Despite the earlier allotment processes, a number of flats remained vacant. To ensure optimal utilization and provide affordable housing to those in need, MHADA has decided to make these flats available without a lottery system, prioritizing speed of application.
As soon as the list of remaining flats is received from developers, these units will be allocated directly to eligible applicants based on the order of application. The process will continue until all units are allotted.
Interested and eligible individuals are encouraged to register on MHADA Pune’s official website. The announcement was jointly made by Rahul Sakore, Chief Officer of MHADA Pune Board, and Shivaji Adhalrao Patil, Chairman of the Pune Board.
This initiative presents a valuable opportunity for many homebuyers who were unable to secure a home in previous draws to now apply swiftly and secure affordable housing in Pune.
