Weather Update for Pune: IMD Forecasts Partly Cloudy Skies with Chance of Rain
Pune, 29th March 2023: The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a weather update for Maharashtra state. According to the update, a Western Disturbance as an upper air cyclonic circulation is approaching from Afghanistan and an upper air cyclonic circulation is seen over southwest Rajasthan.
Additionally, a trough or wind discontinuity line runs from central parts of north Madhya Pradesh to south Tamil Nadu. Under its influence, isolated rainfall is likely over a few northern districts of Madhya Maharashtra and over Vidarbha on 30th and 31st March 2023.
Pune district/city is likely to experience a partly cloudy condition during the next 48 hours, especially during afternoon hours, with less chance of rain.
The update is expected to help people plan their outdoor activities and take necessary precautions in view of the changing weather conditions.
