West Bengal: Recruitment of 16,500 Assistant Teacher posts, apply through the direct link

Kolkata, December 25, 2020: Department of Primary Education (WBBPE), West Bengal has invited applications for the recruitment of 16500 Assistant Teacher Posts. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of the department wbbpe.org.
The last date to apply for this recruitment is January 6, 2021. Selected candidates will be called for an interview between 10-17 January 2021.
Age limit- 40 years as on 1 January 2020.
Application fee – Rs 200.
SC / ST / PH candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs 50.
Salary – Rs 28,900 per month. DA and HRA will also be provided together.
It is mandatory to pass the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) in 2014, the minimum educational and training qualification set by the National Council for Teachers Education (NCTE).
