WhatsApp Adds New Feature, ‘Do Not Disturb Mode’; Stable Version To Be Rolled Out For Global Users Soon
New Delhi, 11th November 2022: WhatsApp has introduced another new feature to improve the app experience of the users. One of the new features is the “Do Not Disturb API”. With the help of this feature, it will be easy for users to understand that they have missed a call due to their Do Not Disturb settings. To activate this feature, the user has to go to the phone’s settings. After this, ask one of your friends or family members to call you on WhatsApp for a few seconds. After missing the call, if you see the label ‘Silenced by Do Not Disturb’, then it will be known that this feature has been activated on your phone. The company is currently rolling out this feature for beta users. Its stable version is expected to be rolled out in the coming days.

A few days ago, the company released the feature adding 1024 members to the group. After this, preparations were expedited to roll out a feature that automatically mutes notifications for large groups.
