Woman Duped Of Rs 58 Lakh In Land Dispute Case

Pune, October 9,2020:Five landlords and two brokers have allegedly duped a woman of Rs 58 lakh by selling her land at Dive located in Purandar taluka, claims Madhavi Vishwajeet Joshi, a resident of Ghorpadi.
Joshi has been fighting for her plot of land measuring 2 acres which she bought in 2014 from the accused.” I paid Rs 58 lakhs but the accused did not complete the transaction”, she said at a press conference held at Patrakar Bhavan.
She also informed that she had lodged a complaint with the Superintendent of Police, Pune rural. “We have been threatened to not visit the land we bought”,she said.
In 2014, the accused filed a deed of possession. The land is subject to new conditions and is now kept for sale.” We have been deceived. However, no one else should be duped anymore, therefore we are releasing this information”, added Joshi.
