Pune: Pre-Leased Studio Apartment in Koregaon Park Annexe Listed at Rs 52 Lakh

Pune, 26th October 2026: A 219 sq. ft. fully furnished studio apartment in Koregaon Park Annexe has been listed for sale at ₹52 lakh, with the property currently earning ₹19,250 in monthly rent, according to details shared by real estate advisory firm Dream Works Realty.
The apartment is being offered as a pre-leased property, meaning it already has a tenant and an existing rental arrangement. The lease agreement also provides for a rent increment every three years, according to the listing.
