CREDAI steps forward for better coordination with Channel Partners
Pune, April 10th 2024: In a bid to acknowledge the role of Channel Partners in the real estate sector & to set up a dialogue, CREDAI Pune Metro recently hosted the first ever Developer to Channel Partner- ‘D2C Conclave 24’ recently. The conclave was supported by Professional Realtors of Pune (PROP), National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Estate Agents Association of Pune (EAAP). During this conclave PROP initiated the registration drive required for becoming the MahaRERA – SRO (Self Regulatory Organization) and successfully accomplished it. This was a crucial development as PROP has the largest number of RERA-registered channel partners in Pune as its members.
Commenting on this development Ranjit Naiknavare, President of CREDAI Pune Metro said, “Collaborating with channel partners gives an opportunity to the property buyers to explore the collective benefits offered independently by each channel partner. This was the idea behind CREDAI Pune Metro’s first D2C Conclave that we recently hosted. Through this D2C Conclave we are making an attempt to develop a new platform for better coordination and cooperation and to resolve disputes between developers and realtors. The alliance established by CREDAI Pune Metro with PROP is a milestone in the real estate sector. It will go a long way in regulating the real estate industry, bringing in transparency and giving value to the property buyers.”
‘D2C Conclave 2024’ was a huge success with more than 1000+ Channel Partners (CPs) attending the conclave. It was a platform for CPs to come together and access potential buyers, boost their brand visibility, get market insights & feedback from other CPs, gain knowledge on minimizing disputes and carrying out fair practices, and learn the advantages of working with CREDAI Pune Metro.
