Facing Passport Issues? Pune RPO Schedules Open House on September 10
Pune, 5th September 2025: The Regional Passport Office (RPO), Pune has announced an Open House session to be held on September 10, 2025, at its Baner office between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. The special session is intended to resolve applicants’ grievances and provide clarity on passport-related issues.
During the program, applicants will be able to interact directly with senior passport officials to discuss problems faced in their applications or other passport services.
How to Register
Those wishing to attend are required to register in advance by sending an email to [email protected]. The email must include:
File number
Latest passport number (if available)
Name of the applicant
A short description of the query
The RPO will issue a confirmation email, which must be presented for entry on the day of the event. On-site registration will also open at 2:00 PM, an hour before the session begins.
Focus on Transparency and Service
Officials said the Open House initiative is part of the RPO’s ongoing effort to improve transparency and deliver more citizen-friendly services by creating a platform for face-to-face dialogue with applicants.
