Heal Throat Chakra To Express Your Innermost Truth

Pune, 9th February 2023: Today let’s learn about the Next Major Chakra which is known as Throat Chakra.
It is located in the middle of the throat in our energy field and the colour is that of bright summer sky.
Throat Chakra takes care of our ability to express our innermost truth through verbal communication or some form of art like singing, dancing, painting etc. It helps us to purify the situations by expressing our truth.
When it is not healed, we find it extremely difficult to express our truth both in personal as well as professional lives leading to sabotaging many big opportunities ultimately hampering our growth and progress.
People whose Throat Chakra is not healed talk too much. They can go on and on for hours together and are known to do the talking on everyone’s behalf.
They are pretty loud and have a tendency to interrupt others. They lie compulsively. So if you ask them what they had for breakfast, they will unknowingly end up lying about that too.
And sometimes the other extreme that is they are too shy to speak, they are quiet most of the time and they often avoid all types of situations where communication is involved.
How does your body tell you that your Throat Chakra needs healing? You might have fluctuating Thyroid or sore throat every now and then or neck pain.
By healing the Throat Chakra, we start expressing our innermost truth in personal as well as professional lives leading to win-win situations for everyone involved.
