Indian Army recruitment rally 2020 in Gujarat for 8th, 10th and 12th pass

Ahmedabad, December 15, 2020: Indian Army is going to organize a recruitment rally in various districts of Gujarat. 8th, 10th and 12th pass youth can apply online by visiting www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. The last date for application is 18 January 2021. 

This recruitment will be done on the posts of Sepoy (General Duty), Soldier Technical, Soldier Technical (Aviation / Ammunition), Soldier Tradesman, Soldier Clerk, Store Keeper, Nursing Assistant. The recruitment rally will be organized from 1 February 2021 to 15 February 2021 in Jamnagar, Porbandar, Rajkot, Bhavnagar, Junagadh, Sundernagar, Kutch, Gir, Somnath and Botad, Morbi, Devbhoomi Dwarka and Diu (UT), Gujarat. 

Admit cards of the rally will be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID between 22 January 2021 to 27 January 2021. Candidates should reach the rally venue only according to the date given on the admit card. 

Details of posts and qualification 

Sepoy – General Duty 

– Age limit – 17 ½ -21 (born between 1 October 99 to 01 April 2003)

– 10th pass with at least 45% marks and 33% marks in every subject. 

Soldier Technical

– Age Limit – 17 ½ -23 (born between 1 October 97 to 01 April 2003)

– 12th pass with at least 50% marks (Physics, Chemistry, Maths, English subject in 12th). And it is necessary to have 40 per cent marks in every subject 

Soldier Technical (Aviation, Ammunition Examiner)

– Age limit – 17 ½ -23 (born between 1 October 97 to 01 April 2003)

– 12th pass with at least 50% marks (Physics, Chemistry, Maths in 12th)(have an English subject). And it is necessary to have 40 per cent marks in every subject 

Sepoy Nursing Assistant

– Age limit – 17 ½ -23 (born between 1 October 97 to 01 April 2003)

– 12th pass with at least 50% marks. It is necessary to have Chemistry, Physics, Bio and English and 40% in 12th. 

Soldier Clerk / Store Keeper / Technical Inventory Management 

– Age limit – 17 ½ -23 (born between 1 October 97 to 01 April 2003)

– 12th pass in any stream with a minimum of 60% marks. And it is necessary to have 50 per cent marks in every subject 

Sepoy Tradesman (10th pass)

– Age limit – 17 ½ -23 (born between 1 October 97 to 01 April 2003)

– 10th pass. And it is necessary to have 33 per cent marks in every subject 

Sepoy Tradesman (8th pass) 

– Age limit – 17 ½ -23 (born between 1 October 97 to 01 April 2003)

– 8th pass. And it is necessary to have 33 per cent marks in every subject 

Selection

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Written Examination. 

There will be negative marking in the written examination. 

Do not forget to bring these documents in the recruitment rally

– Admit Card.

– Original caste, educational certificate. With two sets of photocopies.

– 20 copies of the photo. The photo should not be more than three months old. 

– Domicile Certificate.
