Maharashtra: 3,586 New Covid-19 Positive Cases Today, Total Vaccination Crosses 2 Crore Mark Today
Mumbai, 17 September 2021: Maharashtra becomes the first state in the country to fully vaccinate more than two crores of its population.
Meanwhile, today 3,586 new covid positive cases were reported while 4,410 patients were discharged. A total of 63,24,720 patients have recovered from the COVID19. The recovery rate in the state is 97.08%
• 3,586 new cases
• 67 COVID-19 deaths. Case fatality rate is 2.12%.
• Out of 5,67,09,128 laboratory samples 65,15,111 have been tested positive (11.49%) for COVID19 until today.
• Currently 2,81,072 people are in home quarantine and 1,813 people are in institutional quarantine.
As of today, there are 48,451 active cases in the state.
