Pune, July 12th, 2021: After six months of launching the second wave of Corona, the situation in Maharashtra is still out of hand. The administration is once again concerned about state statistics. Maharashtra and Kerala saw the biggest increase in the first ten days of July in the last 16 months. Maharashtra has seen 79,595 new patients in the last ten days alone.

In Kerala, however, 1 lakh 28 thousand new patients have been discovered. As a result, Maharashtra and Kerala have reclaimed their positions as the states with the highest proportion of total patients in the country. Maharashtra and Kerala account for 53% of the country’s overall patient population.

The situation in Kolhapur, according to doctors in Maharashtra, is concerning, and the second wave is likely to be violent once more. In Kolhapur, the number of patients each day has surpassed three thousand. Kolhapur, according to Dr. Shashank Joshi, has the largest number of immunizations and the highest number of daily patients.

Six months after the second wave of Corona, no definite answer has been found as to why the number of patients in Maharashtra and Kerala is increasing so much. Many predictions are being made about this. Meanwhile, public health officials in both states have said that our numbers are high due to transparency and proper information.
