New Delhi, 4th August 2021: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL), under the Ministry of Power, Government of India and one of the public sector Maharatna companies, has issued a recruitment notification for apprentices in units operating in different regions including Delhi, Haryana, UP, Rajasthan, Bihar, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra.
Interested candidates can apply through the online application form made available on the official website of PGCIL, powergridindia.com. The last date to apply online for apprenticeship by PGCIL is 20 August 2021. Before applying on PGCIL’s website, powergridindia.com, candidates will have to register on the Apprenticeship Portal of the Government of India, apprenticeshipindia.org and portal.mhrdnats.gov.in (varying by post). After registration candidates will be able to apply on the portal of PGCIL with the allotted registration number.
As per the instructions issued by PGCIL on the application page, one should apply before the last date prescribed for online application as there are chances of technical problems during the last days. Before applying, candidates should save their photo, signature, 10th/12th/degree/diploma key certificates, scanned copies of mark sheets beforehand as they have to be uploaded during application. Also, candidates should apply only for the unit near their place of residence.
