POONA COLLEGE OF ARTS, SCIENCE, AND COMMERCE ORGANIZES LIVE TRAINING ON PROBLEM-SOLVING THROUGH CREATIVE THINKING
Pune, 07 March 2025: The live training session, “Problem Solving through Creative Thinking: A Life Skill for Success,” began with a recitation of the Tilawat-e-Quran by Mahek Shaikh. Ms. Zeenat Merchant, the Event Coordinator and Head of the English Department, welcomed the guests and participants. She spoke about the importance of creative thinking in today’s fast-changing world and how traditional methods are not always enough to solve complex problems. She explained that the session aimed to teach participants new ways to think creatively, break old patterns, and find innovative solutions.
Mr.Asif Khan a Professor of English from Poona College of Arts,Science and Commerce was the Resource person for the Live Training.This training was carefully designed to help participants develop problem-solving skills using creative and strategic methods. It emphasized the importance of creativity in personal and professional growth. The session combined theoretical knowledge with hands-on activities, making it both engaging and practical.
The training successfully met its goals by helping participants develop creative thinking and problem-solving skills. These skills will not only benefit individuals in their personal and professional lives but also contribute to innovation and success in society.
The event ended with a Q&A session stimulated by Mr.Asif Khan allowing participants to ask questions and gain deeper insights into creative problem-solving. Ms. Zeenat Merchant gave a vote of thanks, acknowledging the valuable guidance of the Principal, Dr. Iqbal Shaikh, and Vice Principal, Dr. Amjad Shaikh. She also expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to making the event a success.
