Pune: Admission Process For RTE 25% Seats To Begin From Friday

Pune, 8th June 2021: The lottery for the 25% seats under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act (2009) was taken out on Monday, while the admission process will begin from Friday. This year too the admission process will be conducted online.

 

“The parents who have got the admission in the online process need to confirm it at the school which falls under RTE reservation. Parents need to fill the form to confirm the admission”, said primary education director D G Jagtap.

The admission process for the academic year 2021-22 will begin from Friday 11. Jagtap also said that the parents who have their names on the final list only should visit the school. This list should be declared on the portal along with the admission date. The names of the parents who are on the list should visit the school along with the original and a copy of all the documents to confirm the admission.

 

If parents provide a fake certificate regarding the address of their residence, they should not be given admission. These parents should be told to contact the taluka level committee or education officer. Those parents who cannot visit the school owing to lockdown should inform the school through email, what app or phone.

The admission portal will update the details of the admission at regular intervals.
