Pune: BJP Demands Action Against Illegal Migrants From Bangladesh

Pune 28th July 2023: Former Mayor of Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) and current General Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of Maharashtra unit Murlidhar Mohol and Pune City BJP president Dheeraj Ghate on Thursday met the city Police Commissioner Retesh Kumaarr and demanded action against Bangladeshi nationals allegedly living illegally in Pune.

Mohol along with other BJP leaders from the city requested the police commissioner to check facts about the recent news published about illegal migrants living in Pune. Earlier a news was published about over 5,000 illegal migrants from Bangladesh living in the city for the last few years.

State Spokesperson Sandeep Khardekar, Ex-MLA Yogesh Tilekar, Ex-House Leader Srinath Bhimale, Ex-Corporator Sushil Mengde, Deepak Pote, Ajay Khedekar, Rajendra Shilimkar, Dhanraj Ghogre, Bapu Mankar, Vikas Lovete etc. were present on this occasion along with Pune City president Dheeraj Ghate.
