Pune : Fire Reported At Warehouse In Devachi Uruli, No Casualties Reported
Devachi Uruli 10th Oct 2023: A major fire was reported inside a godown located near Mantarwadi Chowk in Uruli Devachi earlier today. The fire brigade teams were immediately rushed to the spot and the fire was brought under control.
According to the fire brigade officials of the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the fire call was received at around 10:45 pm on Tuesday. The warehouse has empty bottles and some wood material. A total of four firefighting vehicles were rushed to the spot. The officials further prevented the spread of fire in nearby godowns.
A fire brigade official who was on the spot said that the warehouse had no workers inside at the time of the incident. The fire was immediately brought under control and the officials started the cooling operation.
