Pune: Husband Kills His Wife Over Land Sale Disagreement, Blames Murder On Son

Junnar, 17th November 2022: The murder at Shiroli, which happened yesterday morning, has taken a shocking turn. Now it is known that the husband, not the son, who had killed the lady of the house, had done it because she had refused to sell the land. The spouse blamed their son for diverting attention.

The husband’s police complaint alleges that their son requested money from his mother to purchase cigarettes. The youth allegedly beat his mother to death with a shovel in a fit of rage after she refused to give him the money.

The police detained Amol Barku Khillari after receiving a complaint from his father, Barku Sakharam Khilari, at the Junnar Police Station. In an unexpected turn of events, it was discovered that the father had killed his wife.

According to the police, Barku intended to sell the farm land but his wife, Anjana, opposed it because the family’s well-being depended on it because they had two dependent children.

Barku then became furious and grabbed the shovel, bludgeoning his wife to death. Their son Amol was in the house at the time of the murder. Barku took advantage of this circumstance and reported the incident to the police. However, a police investigation revealed the case.
