Pimpri, 17th July 2021: A meeting was held at Pimpri-Chinchwad Police Commissionerate on Saturday under the chairmanship of Home Minister Dilip Walse Patil to increase dialogue between police and citizens.

The Home Minister said, “In order to increase the dialogue between the police and the citizens, we discussed this at the Commissionerate today and decided that the heads of each police station should hold a Janta Darbaar once a month. At this Janta Darbaar, the grievances of the people should be heard, an attempt should be made to resolve them and an answer should also be given. I would like to appeal to the citizens that if they send their application to the concerned police station before the date of announcement of Janta Darbaar by the police, it can be studied and answered on the day of Janta Darbaar.”
