Pune : Man Kills Wife Over Family Dispute, Surrenders To Police After Murder
Pune 24th August 2023: In a shocking incident reported in the city, a 45-year-old man killed his wife and surrendered before the police after following a dispute in the family. The deceased has been identified as Laxmi Keshav Sitafale (40) , a resident of labour camp Kharadi.
According to police, the accused identified as Keshav Bhimrao Sitaphale had a dispute with his wife following which he slit her throat using a sharp knife and later reached police himself to inform about the murder.
A case in this regard has been registered at Chandanagar Police Station under relevant sections after the police team that reached the spot found the woman lying in a pool of blood. The accused has been arrested and police are investigating further in the matter.
