Pune: PMRDA Pushes Plot Application Deadline to August 18
Pune, 11th August 2025: The Pune Metropolitan Region Development Authority (PMRDA) has announced an extension for submitting applications to participate in its e-auction of plots on an 80-year lease. Applicants can now file online submissions until 5:00 p.m. on August 18, 2025.
This auction features a total of 34 plots, including 31 designated for amenities, two reserved for educational purposes, and one earmarked for a public facility such as a library or music school. The plots are spread across villages in the Haveli, Khed, Maval, and Mulshi talukas.
Initially, the closing date for applications was August 11, 2025, as per the public notice issued on July 21. The process is being conducted exclusively through the official e-auction portal https://eauction.gov.in.
As per the updated timetable, the list of technically qualified bidders will be released on September 3, 2025, and the e-auction itself will begin the following day at 11:00 a.m. on the same portal.
PMRDA Metropolitan Commissioner Dr. Yogesh Mhase encouraged prospective participants to utilise the additional time to register and compete for the plots.
