Pune Police Arrest Businessman Nanasaheb Gaikwad, His Wife And Son In MCOCA Case From Karnataka

Aundh, 18th August 2021: Famous businessman and Congress leader from Aundh Nanasaheb Gaikwad was today arrested by Pune city police from Karnataka, along with his wife Nanda Gaikwad and son Ganesh alias Kedar Gaikwad. They were wanted in a case under the stringent Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA).
In the last few months, several cases have been registered against them in various police stations. After the MCOCA case was registered. However, the accused fled when they were caught today evening near the Karnataka border.
Pune police have already arrested Gaikwad’s daughter and one son-in-law in connection with the case.
The cases against them include extortion as well as the harassment of Nanasaheb Gaikwad’s daughter-in-law.
