Pune Police Issue Notices To 800 MNS Workers In Pune
Pune, 3rd May 2022: Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) had given an ultimatum on May 4 to take down the loudspeakers from the mosques.
Accordingly, to maintain law and order in the city, the Pune police has issued notices to more than 800 activists, including the MNS city president.
Police Commissioner Amitabh Gupta has warned that strict action will be taken if any attempt is made to disturb law and order.
Notices have been issued to MNS workers to maintain order in Pune city. The law and order situation in the city is being maintained as per the order issued by the Director-General of Police.
The same action that has been started all over the state of Maharashtra is also being started in Pune. Police have sent notices to 30 thousand MNS workers across the state.
Notices have been issued to 800 MNS workers in Pune city including city president Sainath Babar. Meanwhile, MNS leader Kishore Shinde informed that all police notices would be answered legally through MNS legal cell.
