Pune: Woman Psychiatrist Defames Society Chairman Over Old Rivalry

Kondhwa, 26th October 2021: A case against a psychiatrist has been filed for defaming the chairman of her residential society. The psychiatrist is a lady doctor who defamed the society chairman over an old rivalry. The case has been registered at the Kondhwa police station.

According to the police, the lady doctor created a fake account of Instagram against the society chairman and defamed him. She did so as this person had pointed out a mistake of the lady when she was the chairman of the society.

The incident took place some in June between 20 to 23. The chairman residing in a society in Undri in his complaint said, “the lady was served notice for an apparent mistake. Irked over it, she created a fake account and sent derogatory messages to other women in the society”.

When one of the women came to ask about it to the current chairman, he realised that something was amiss. He rushed to Cyber cell with the screenshot of the message.

When Cyber police investigated it, they found out that the doctor had created a fake account and had defamed him.
