Pune: Two Thieves Arrested For Stealing Empty Milk Crates Of Gokul And Chitale

Bibvewadi, 17th March 2021: The officials from Bibvewadi police station, Pune city police, have nabbed two persons and recovered 180 stolen milk crates from their possession.

An FIR was registered in this regard on March 13. The sleuths from the detection branch (DB) checked 60 CCTV cameras footage and identified the accused persons.

Accordingly, police have arrested Harish Sidhu Patil and Mehboob Dastgir Aalmel, both residents of Appar Bibvewadi. Police have seized 180 crates, Lancer car and tempo from their possession.

The action was taken under the guidance of DCP (Zone 5) Namrata Patil, ACP (Wanowrie division) Rajendra Galande, Senior Police Inspector Sunil Zavre and Police Inspector (Crime) Anita Hiwarkar.

The team included Assistant Police Inspector Rajesh Usgaonkar and police personnel Amt Pujari, Deepak Lodha, Amol Shitole, Atul Mahangade and Shrikant Kulkarni.
